1. Objective
Tradoly is committed to transparent advertising practices in compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Spanish General Advertising Law (34/1988).
2. Clear Identification of Ads
All paid content is distinctly marked with clear labels such as "Advertisement," "Sponsored," or "Promoted Listing."
The label is visible and distinguishable from organic listings.
3. Ad Placement and Ranking
Sponsored listings may appear in prioritized search results or on the homepage. Placement is determined by:
- Payment or bidding amount
- Relevance to the user's search filters
- Listing quality and completeness
No hidden algorithmic preference is given beyond the above criteria.
4. Advertiser Identification
For each ad, Tradoly ensures visibility of:
- The advertiser's or seller's identity (company name or verified profile)
- Contact details (or direct message link)
- Disclosure that the listing is paid or promoted
5. Personalization of Ads
User data (e.g., location, browsing behavior) may be used to personalize ad visibility.
Users can modify consent preferences or disable personalization via their Account Settings or Cookie Preferences.
6. Reporting Mechanism
Users may report misleading or inappropriate ads through the "Report Ad" button.
Tradoly reviews all complaints under its Responsible Advertising and Transparency Policy within 7 business days.
